INTERNATIONAL

• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and up to 10 additional business days for shipping transit before contacting our customer support team with questions about your shipment/tracking/delivery

 

Please note that while Priority Mail is automatically insured for up to $100, First Class/Ground mail does not come with insurance and neither RASHELL nor USPS are liable for missing or damaged packages that ship via First Class.  RASHELL is not responsible for initiating contact with your post office nor filing claims related to any missing or damaged packages. Additionally, international packages may be subject to customs and import duties, taxes, or fees. RASHELL is not responsible for these fees and cannot provide an accurate estimation of these costs.
