With our Money Back Guarantee, you can shop with confidence knowing that you are not stuck with a product that might not work for you. Within 30 days of purchase, you can return any item - used or unused - for a refund to the original form of payment, minus a $4.95 handling fee per order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to hit your bank account once processed.
To process an Exchange, reach out to our support team at email@example.com to complete the Return Authorization Form. Upon approval, customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse for processing. Once received, the new shade will be shipped out.

Upon approval, customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse for processing. Once received, a refund minus any applicable fees will be processed.
- Please note: returns or exchanges that are received without the proper paperwork completed may not be honored.
- Rashell reserves the right to modify or make exception to the above policies at large or on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
- Some promotional items, limited edition items, gifts with purchase, and bundles may not qualify for standard returns and exchanges.
- For bundles specifically, they are sold as discounted single items, so you can exchange a shade or return the whole bundle itself, but you cannot exchange a product within the bundle for a different product. You also may not receive partial refunds for individual items within the bundles.
- All samples and Limited-Edition items are final sale.
- Shipping, shipping insurance, international duties and taxes, and carbon offsetting are not refundable.
If your item is damaged or broken upon receipt, we will request photo documentation prior to sending out a replacement item. If you have purchased our shipping insurance through Route, you can file your claim with them directly.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
Sometimes packages are mis-delivered, an unsuccessful attempt was made, and the package was brought back to the facility, or the carrier simply did not make it to your delivery address in time but already marked it as delivered. We recommend giving it a couple days and reaching out to your neighbors and personal Postal worker in the meantime. Note that once a package has shipped, Rashell is no longer able to operate on behalf of the customer and any issues with delivery or tracking should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

- Please note that while Priority Mail is automatically insured for up to $100, First Class/Ground mail does not come with insurance and neither Rashell nor USPS are liable for missing or damaged packages that ship via Standard/First Class.
- Rashell is not responsible for initiating contact with your post office nor filing claims related to any missing or damaged packages. Additionally, international packages may be subject to customs and import duties, taxes, or fees.
